The ADEA Postdoctoral Application Support Service (ADEA PASS) is available to all individuals applying to the over 700 participating advanced dental education programs.
Applicants benefit by being able to complete one standardized application, rather than individual applications to each program. Advanced dental education programs benefit by receiving uniform information on all applicants.
The paperwork needed for the applications are
Obtain the DENTPIN you were issued by the ADA when applying to dental school.
Create an account on the ADEA PASS portal.
Obtain copies of transcripts from undergraduate/graduate colleges, dental school and advanced dental education programs attended.
Submit two evaluations: Institution Evaluation Form from the dean of the dental school and 2-4 Professional Evaluation Forms that are similar to letters of recommendation.
Provide an essay up to 650 words on why you want to pursue an advanced dental education program.

Personal Statement - One personal statement can be uploaded per program/ you can use the same one - I advice personalising each.
Some programs may require applicants to submit scores for
Integrated National Board Dental Examination (INBDE)
Advanced Dental Admission Test (ADAT)
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
Graduate Record Examination (GRE): Unofficial (Self-Reported) test results only
Check the requirements of each program to verify which test scores must be submitted.
Pay the required fees per program by the established deadline.
